Details
Metropolitan Council (0.75%, Minn. Stat. §297A.9915) + Ramsey County Transit Sales and Use Tax (0.50%, Minn. Stat. §297A.993, eff. 2017-10-01) — two independently-levied, stacking transit sales taxes combined at 1.25% for Saint Paul/Ramsey County, TY2024. NOTE: this is TWO separate authorities' own dedicated levies (not one authority's multi-purpose split) — unlike Minneapolis/Hennepin, which carries only the Met Council 0.75% (no county-level transit tax there). The worklist flags that a stricter per-authority model would use two rows (Met Council 0.75% regional + Ramsey County 0.50% county) rather than one combined line — combined here to match the task's single-rate framing; revisit if the schema needs per-authority attributionWho decides
